XiiaLive is my favorite pick for listening to streams online. It supports adding custom streams (like streams from summitcountyscanners.net), and also supports directories such as SHOUTCast for free online streaming music and talk radio stations, and UberStations for listening to local (or distant) radio stations online; helpful for when you don’t have an AM/FM/HD radio nearby, or cannot get a signal. XiiaLive also had support for RadioReference to listen to allllllll the scanner streams around the world, but, broadcastify/RadioReference decided that they didn’t like this because they could not use XiiaLive to price gouge their listeners as easily as with other apps.

Copy a link from the website, click the orange and white plus icon in the favorites page in XiiaLive, and then paste the link.

NOTE: The XiiaLive app has apparently not had any updates since 2013. If you’re security conscious, this should give you some pause. I obtained some security reports on the app by submitting it to a couple of malware scanning websites. Out of 63 detection engines, only one detected anything malicious, and after reviewing the results, I believe it is a false positive.
